8th Shelf Life International Meeting
The 8th edition of SLIM, the Shelf Life International Meeting, will take place in Bangkok on November 1-3, 2017.
The conference will be hosted by the Kasetsart University of Bangkok (Thailand) in collaboration with the Italian Scientific Group for Food Packaging (GSICA) and ISEKI-Food Association (IFA).
The aim of this conference is to be an international forum to share the most recent knowledge related to food shelf life. In particular, the theme for this edition is “Emerging Trends in Food Technology and Packaging for Shelf-life Extension and Sustainability Improvement”.
